Material and Care Guide

In keep our design aspiration, personal item: integrates natural elements into everyday life. To ensure they can remains timeless and  be passed down through years, we recommend following our universal care guidelines.

This guide details the characteristics of various natural materials and provides corresponding care and storage recommendations.

Onyx & Jade

Onyx and Jade are easily corroded, so be cautious when wearing products that contain certain chemicals, such as body lotions and shampoos, and avoid wearing them in the shower.

Avoid exposing them to oils.

Onyx and Jade need to be stored in an environment with moderate temperature and humidity, avoid placing it in a hot and sunny, overly dry environment.Jade can occasionally be wiped with a small amount of water to prevent it from drying out.

- Cleaning

When onyx stained with dust, can be cleaned with water, or mixed with a small amount of salt water, warm light soapy water for cleaning and maintenance, cleaning needs to be wiped with a soft cloth after completion.

Freshwater pearls

Freshwater pearls are soft, avoid strong friction.

Freshwater pearls should not be exposed to the sun or in a heated high temperature environment.

Please avoid contact with all kinds of strong acid substances, such as: perfume, cosmetics, in order to prevent harmful substances erosion and make freshwater pearls fade or lose luster.

Do not wear them while bathing, exercising or undergoing X-ray examinations

- Cleaning

Wipe with a clean soft cloth, you can use soft paper or soft cloth containing silicone oil to wipe.

Rinse with clean water, avoid hot or boiling water, use a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water afterwards.

Silver

Avoid strong friction.


Please wear it frequently, when not wearing it, please put it into the special anti-oxidation bag for silver jewellery of Personal items:

Avoid contact with strong acids, such as perfume, vinegar, bleach or cosmetics, to prevent harmful substances from darkening and corroding your silver jewellery.

Do not wear your jewellery while bathing, swimming or checking in hot springs.

- Cleaning

After each wear, wipe the surface gently with a silver cloth to remove water and tarnish, and then store it in the special anti-oxidation bag for silver to avoid contact with air.


If your jewellery is slightly yellowed, wipe the surface with a silver polishing cloth, or gently wash the surface with a little toothpaste and water.


If the silver jewellery cannot be restored by using a silver wipe alone, please use appropriate amount of silver polish or silver shampoo to clean the surface with a silver wipe.


The cloth contains silver maintenance ingredients and should not be washed.
