This guide details the characteristics of various natural materials and provides corresponding care and storage recommendations.

Onxy

Care Instructions

Onyx is typically robust and durable, yet susceptible to harsh chemicals and high temperatures.


Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, or cleaning agents to preserve its natural lustre.

Steer clear of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to prevent cracking.

When not worn, gently wrap the piece in the cleaning cloth provided within the care kit supplied, then store it in the dedicated anti-tarnish pouch to prevent scratches.


Cleaning Method

Rinse gently with lukewarm water—avoid soap or detergents.

Wipe lightly with a damp soft cloth, then allow to air dry thoroughly.

Minor stains may be wiped with plain water and left to dry naturally.

Jade

Care Instructions

Jade thrives in moist conditions and dislikes dryness.

Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or high temperatures.

Keep away from acidic or alkaline substances.

Wear frequently to maintain its natural lustre, but avoid impacts or contact with hard surfaces.


Cleaning Method

Wipe with lukewarm water and a soft cloth.

Light stains may be gently dabbed with a clean damp cloth.

Never use chemical cleaners or ultrasonic devices.

Freshwater Pearls

Care Instructions

Pearls are organic materials of delicate nature. Avoid contact with acidic substances, cosmetics, and high temperatures.

Refrain from exposure to perfume, hairspray, or perspiration.

Do not store for extended periods in sealed containers; pearls require appropriate humidity levels.

Wipe after each wear to prevent damage from skin oils.


Cleaning Method

After wearing, gently wipe with the dry cloth provided in the care kit.

For heavier stains, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.

Never use soap, alcohol, or ultrasonic cleaning.

Sterling Silver


Care Instructions


Silver jewellery naturally oxidises over time, developing a distinctive patina.

When not worn, store in the personal item:'s dedicated sealed pouch to slow the oxidation process.

Avoid contact with perfume, seawater or household cleaning agents.

Regularly polish with the silver cloth provided in the care kit to restore lustre.

Cleaning Method

Light tarnish: Wipe gently with the silver cloth.

Severe tarnishing: Briefly immerse in silver cleaning solution (3-5 seconds), then rinse thoroughly and dry.

Avoid frequent chemical cleaning to preserve the surface finish.
